Maybe the teams in 5AD8 were playing crummy non-district schedules? Bardstown and Danville are certainly playing good non-district schedules, mostly against much larger schools, which is what led to their losing records.

 

Danville should be playing a tough schedule with their tradition. However, they are still in a weak district from year to year.

What does it matter? The truth is that 5AD8 was the only district in the state in which every team in the playoffs had a winning record. I don't care if they play teams that hadn't won a game.
