October 27, 200916 yr Back to working today, I'll be able to return the one I bought and get my $ back How did you work that out? *Nevermind, I missed some of the thread . Is the new one a 3GS? You could just give it to me! I'll trade you an iPhone 3G for it.
October 27, 200916 yr Speaking of iPhones, what kind of case is the best? I don't like the one I am currently using.
October 27, 200916 yr Advice given to me several years ago.......Best thing to do if you get your phone or i-pod wet is to take the battery out immediately and let it dry out for days before trying to power it up. If you try to power it up once it has gotten wet to see if it still works you could fry the circuits and then it won't recover. This has worked for me on many occasions as I have fishhed I-pods and cell phones out of the washer far too many times. I can see how the bag of rice would help speed up the drying processs, but I only heard about that technique recently and haven't had the opportunity to try that method yet.
October 27, 200916 yr You can't. Anything is possible with the right tool or a hammer whichever is available.
October 27, 200916 yr  Yea but getting it back together would be a whole new story That’s what the duct tape is for. A hammer and duct tape, no job too big or small.
