If it were at Murray State that would be even better:clap: as I know one young lady who would love to see Luke play but this is the season opener at UK and I already have my request in for a ticket, no matter what the weather is like.

Uhh.....my bad! One should never doubt TOG in matters such as this! It is the home opener at UK...can't wait! I really have high hopes for this group even though they are fairly young overall, ( with a couple of very notable exceptions).

Another good recruiting class announced this past week. Looks like a couple of the top kids in the state decide to stay home again! Anybody know any of these guys? (Still haven't quite figured out the hyperlink thing if any BGP "angels" want to pitch in?) Saw 5 innings of a fall intrasquad game....based on that limited observation time I was impressed with the UK pitching, defense was solid, hitters seemed overmatched at times, Luke Maile had two hits and threw out a runner trying to steal second. I'd be surprised if UK didn't find a way to get his stick in the lineup on a regular basis. I'm not a CC or NKY guy, just a neutral observer's opinion from 5 innings of one scrimmage.
