Watts is similar but better than Brown and has Roark to take the pressure off. You can't key on either one because the other is so good. The injuries up front concern me because Rock is always physical and will line up and come get you.

They concern me too brother! However I have to say the backups played outstanding in the MS game. i couldn't really tell that we had made a change I hope the backups perform as well tomorrow night!

At this moment the score is McCreary 0 Rockcastle 0!

See ya Friday night papagrit!

According to this...I've not been on here since 10am Monday morning....sorry about the late reply....but we'll see ya' up here bud!:thumb:

Last year at half score wae 20-16 Rock. Roark was held out 2nd half with a hand injury. If Raiders can keep the score close through 3 QT. They will go on and win the game. The prize for winning this game Pride and a chance to beat Rock. The next prize is Bell in 2nd round if can win 1st paly-off game. Good Luck Raiders.

That is what MC has to do in order to win the game they can't let it get out of reach early.IMO

So is Roark, Watts and Stephens!

:thumb:They are pretty good too.

As for the Rockcastle game this Friday, we know they are a great program with tons of tradition and Friday night will be a very difficult task against a program that I have respected for many years. I consider it an honor to lead my kids to battle on the gridiron against teams like Rock, Bell and Knox and look forward to the day where the MCHS Raiders are talked about in the same circle as these programs and let me tell you it is coming, only time will tell how soon! All I can say for now is, I coach to win and our players work hard everyday in practice to win and on Friday night we are going to travel about 60 minutes north with every intensions of winning because we believe we can! Pack your lunches Raiders and punch your time card because it is time to go to work! By the way we are in the demolition business and we love are work!

Is it Friday yet?..........Man I can't wait because I love me some Friday night football!

That type of attitude got Va Tech to the title game several years back, it was awesome watching them carry their lunch pale out on to the field every game (literally). That is definitely the attitude that builds winners over the long haul though!

This one, like the Knox Central game, will be decided up front on the lines. McCreary has excellent skill position players but is not nearly good enough up front to play with the good teams in their class. The Rock manhandles the Raiders on the line and wins this one 28-12.

So is Roark, Watts and Stephens!

Have all three signed d-1 scholarships?
