It was AWFUL to drink that stuff. The reaction isn't too much fun either.

I agree but the rest is down hill.

True dat. I had the Misses take me to "Chick-Fil-A" afterwards. Put all that weight I had lost back on in that one big meal.

Steak Hoagie from LaRosas for me. Soooooooooo good!

It is the prep that is bad....everything else is not bad at all. It is really worth going through this.....I did about 4 years ago....I had a cancer that was the size of a grape. I was told that it was about ready to "pop and spread"....when they catch it that early, it is no big deal. It is just cut out and you can't feel it because you are in that twilight sleep where you don't care even if you do feel it....it is studied and diagnosed. Trust me, there is nothing to be shy about because you don't know anything. With me, cancer out, no other treatments were necessary.

PH, as you all well know, was another story all together. He is a great example of why you need to get this test.

yes....I was around 38 when i had mine. It is never too early....PH had his cancer found at age 24 with a colonoscopy....you are never too young or old for this test.

The worst is drinking that crap before hand.

AMEN!!! I've had six of these done and had polyps removed each time. The procedure is nothing but the night before ...:scared: Stay very close to the restroom.

Also, don't buy or make any major decisions until the next day. I traded my Dodge truck for a 89 Jaguar conv and didn't remember doing it the next day. When my Ex told me I bought a Jaguar, we drove the Dodge to Lexington with my 15 year old son. Even my Ex didn't realize that I had bought a two seat car. My son laid on the console on the trip home.:ohbrother:
