Scott needs to win this game no doubt about it. If they don't there might be some rumbling in Taylor Mill. There aren't many chances for a win this year for Scott but this should be one of them. Scott 28 Bellevue 14

Did you just pick the score out of a hat or do you have some thoughts on how Scott will score 34 and hold Bellevue to 13?

 

Because Cooper has much more speed on both sides of theh ball than Bellevue does and they have better depth. Scott had contained Cooper all game up until about the 8 minute mark of the 4th Quarter. Scott had that game won and they let it slip through their fingers.

 

Also after watching Scott I did see some promise in the offense that is going to help alleviate the pressure off Sowder just a little. Kyle Jones (sp?) RB for Scott showed some speed and cutting ability and broke off some solid runs in the game that helped take off some of the pressure on Sowder to carry the offense. Based on this, that is why I made this decision and how I made the score what it was.

I would tend to agree with this statement. Didn't Scott lose to Dayton last year? I think Bellevue beat Dayton. IMO Bellevue has a much better team this year than they had last year. Mainly due to a improved defense. Do you think Scott has a better team this year? From the talk on BGP's this might be Scotts best chance for a win this year but they won 4 games last year?

I see Bellevue putting together a game like they had against Newport in this one, controlling the tempo of the game and working together. Buckler will run all day and the Tigers will pull it out 26-13

I have heard that this is Bellevue's Hall of Fame game and legendary coach Fred Bernier is being inducted among many other Tiger greats!!

He showed some promise, because he did break off some nice 10-12 yard runs, there were only a few that he broke off but it helped open the offense a little bit for Sowder to maneuver. I was at the game too and I remember them...

Um, how were you at two games at once? You posted on Saturday I believe that you were in attendance at the Dayton/Taylor game and they wouldn't win a game all year without Lewis and #70. Now you say you were in attendance here and Jones didn't break those runs?:idunno:Both games were played on Friday night so one of two things are going on here:

 

A) Dogging youngster just to dog them while pretending to be places you weren't or

 

B) You left one game and went to the other and therefore didn't see the whole game and have no right making comments about any plays you don't think happened.

I think a more healthy Scotty Campbell will help too. I know he was in some pain last week.
