I found the Angels at +118 after a pitching change last night, so I laid $25 on it. They won 5-2. :thumb:

There is a college football game tonight. I'm going to check it out.

I am going with you guys tonight, no matter what. These in week games have killed me.

Tonight is an interesting game to pick. Here are the stats:

 

Home teams on regular season games on Wednesdays are 22-13-1 ATS, including 16-4-1 when playing off a win.

 

The problem, is that Tech absolutely sucks so far this season - their only victory is a blowout win over Nicholls state. They were destroyed by Navy and Auburn.

 

Hawaii won two games, both over lesser opponents and lost a 1-point road game to UNLV. Alot of money has been coming in on Tech. The line started at -3 and is now up to -5.

 

All things considered, I think Hawaii will win the game outright and the play for me is Hawaii at +5.

The so-called "expert" cappers are begging you to take Tech, which is a sure-fire sign that Hawaii will win :lol:

 

Sometimes, the so-called experts are trying to get you to go one way, so that someone in Vegas gets to enjoy your money.

That line will shift back to 4-4 1/2, IMO. If you're going to bet Hawaii, do it now :thumb:

My general rule of thumb, although I don't bet baseball very much, is this:

 

- If you get a really good team (St. Louis, yankees, Boston, Angels, etc.) as an underdog on the moneyline, it is a good value to play them. Last night, I took the Angels at +118 and they won easily.Those teams for the most part have records of 90 or so wins and 50 or so losses. I think that's good value.

Everybody is on La Tech, it is up to -6 at my book. I am laying off. I took Twins and Braves in baseball.

One thing you have to be careful with baseball right now is who is playing. I got really lucky and won a bunch on the Yanks the other night vs KC. Arod, Tex, Jeter didn't start but I won!
