IMO Will Evans has to be included in top 10.

Trying to get it down to 10 is a tough task. Heres 10 in no particular order:

 

Fucci

Guyn

Barksdale

Jackson

Hall

Evans

Euton

Walker

Peirach

Beckham

 

Manning, Martin, Nichols, and Yarbrough are 4 guys to watch out for this year also.

I think Ive mentioned around 20 different guys in this thread. Its just so hard to narrow it down to 10 without leaving some really good players out.

 

It really is hard to narrow it down. But I will take Vance Hall in place of 3 or 4 in the list.

colonelfan- are you saying Southern should have 3 players in the top 10? I agree they will be a very good team and Roberts is very talented, but 3?

 

Being from Richmond, I think Dennis Smith at Richmond Model will be one of the best class A players in the region.

No dont mean that at all BUT based on what I saw this summer they have 3 kids who would get much minutes on any team in the region except for maybe Scott County. I saw them beat Catholic by about 14, and yes LC had everyone there and MS's big guy Wallace tore up LC's big guy. Ofcourse you have Carrington but I think the most talented player might be junior Aaron Ponder. Those 3 can flat play then add some very nice role players and add Rico Brown back to the mix and they are deep and talented. Catspause is crazy for not having them in the top 10 in the region.

Maybe because they went 13-14 last year and lost big in the district finals and first round of the region??? :idunno:

Some of the players from Scott Co. has got a lot of attention and deservedly so, but there is a ton of talent in the 11th region. I predict that there will probably be atleast 1 or 2 kids in the region who would be considered top 10 players by the end of the year that no one has even mentioned.

I seen Ivey this summer. He is a player! He may not put up big numbers this year, but he will his jr and sr years.

I don't know my top 10, but Guyn is easily the best player in the 11th. Chad Jackson is a very good player as well, we'll see if Scott County brings it together this season.

Yep and only 1 team returns more guys than MS and its Scott County everyone else including MC lost just about everything. They also had ZERO home games last year, they will be a nice team.
