Mason County 2009/2010

Featured Replies

What does Mason County need to do to improve in 2009/2010? What do they need to keep doing to be successful? Remember, please be constructive.

I can't believe no one has commented on Mason Co. yet. Mason will be a very good team again with Setty, Barner, Gilbert, etc. Clark and Mason should battle it out for the region again.

Mason can't match Clark County's big three, but they are better through the first 7-8 players. This will be interesting all season long!

They will miss Middleton's leadership and scoring ability and Downing's grit and ability to play all positions.

With Setty, Pawsat and others returning, Mason will be right in the mix for the regional crown like they are every year.

Heard he transfered back to Lexington. This will hurt, not having him in the lineup. Mason will have others in the wings that will step up. Not sure how the transfer of Manship will fit in to the lineup/bench.

Should be another great season in the 10th this year.

Mason will be fine and will be there at the end.

Does anyone know where Barner transferred to?

Also, who is Manship? Where did he transfer from?

I assume Barner transfered back to Bryan Station.

Manship transfered from Montgomery Co to Mason Co. He played some for Montgomery Co last year....but I can't remember him.

Should be very interesting this year in the 10th again.

Yeah, between Clark Co and Mason Co..again.

I agree they will miss Middleton, Downing and Barner. I feel their success this year will depend on a few things: Development of their bench, A new leader to take over where Middleton left off, and transition of players with less varsity experience. I agree that Mason will be in the mix again for the regional crown.
