July 24, 200917 yr For those who are saying this was the worst of the six, have you actually gone back and watched 1 and 2 any time recently? They're terrible. I can't make myself sit through them. IMO, the movies have gotten progressively better as the children have grown up and their acting skills have gotten better, and I would consider this one in the top 3. Don't get me wrong, I was disappointed with the amount that was left out, but there is just so much from these books that they can't possibly include them all.
July 25, 200917 yr Sorcerer's Stone is easily the worse movie for me. On this movie, it was not action-packed and was more plot/story driven. So, it was a much different Harry Potter movie than the last few movies. I did enjoy it though. I agree I would have liked to have seen the Dumbledore funeral at the end.

Don't get me wrong, I was disappointed with the amount that was left out, but there is just so much from these books that they can't possibly include them all. It hasn't been too long since I watched them...just a personal preference...HBP was the worst of the six to me. The wizard fight between Voldemort and Dumbledore alone made #5 a treat for me...:lol:
