Culver's has been open for a week or two. Anyone?

 

Not bad, wouldn't call it the best that I have ever had but not bad. Seemed a little pricey for what we got. I tried the Butterburger. Again, not bad. I would go back, but if I had to choose between Culvers and Five Guys, I am going Five Guys.

Barleycorn's is for sure a go! The bank would not give the green-light to finance the developer until a certain % of the strip mall had been leased. I have been told by a reliable source that there is a large beauty salon and something else inked so the construction would start soon, if not already?

The 1st part is correct. I hadn't heard about the beauty salon, but that sounds feasible.

 

I don't think the construction has begun yet.

Construction on the Barleycorn's hasn't started, but Hemmer does have a trailer / office there.

 

You're right about the Salon. I forget the name of it...something Concepts. Their sign is posted alongside 42. :thumb:

It will be Salon Concepts. They are marketing stylist who already have clients but want their own space to rent. Basically the stylist works for themselves and is only paying rent.

Construction is at a standstill. Awaiting finance for the developer. I'm getting hungry and need a haircut. :confused:

They just opened one in Somerset sometime this week.

 

They've been extremely crowded, but that doesn't mean too much whenever they first open.
