I attended this event when it was held last year at Mason County. It was fun. The two juniors that I thought played the best were Jenkins and Phares, with a pretty decent performance from Hood as well.

There was discussion of a game Tuesday night June 9th at first Madisonville and then Anderson County. Is there now no Tuesday night game?? Had talked with Ethan and Evan at their graduation Friday night.

The game is on for Madisonville Tuesday night at 7pm

Dang! I know a player who set it off last year as a junior that would have like to add to those 25 pts again at M'ville.

Does anyone have a link for the rosters?

While there were a couple of nice individual performances by last year's juniors in the game at Mason County; for the most part the extra year in age was very evident, and the seniors rolled.

Does anyone have a sense of how this year's game will play out from a competitive standpoint? Will the absence of Phares and Jenkins even the playing field?

Good question, but is this the best juniors in the state on that roster? Last year's junior squad had no try-outs.

Probably not....if the following players were on the roster, I think the seniors would likely lose by 10+.

Chad Jackson

Ge'Lawn Guyn

Dakotah Euton

Ricardo Johnson

Elijah Pittman

Josh Sewell

Another factor is the rotating of players in substitutions for junior team.

Last year, at the end of the 1st period, juniors led 22 to 18 behind Jenkins, Phares, and Hood before subbing 5 new players. The game was over by the time they got back in.

I'd really like to see the following lineups go against eachother:

Seniors:

Riley

Sanford

Jenkins

Hood

Phares

Juniors:

Jackson

Guyn

R. Johnson

Pittman

Gibbs

How is Ethan Faulkner doing with the ankle sprain? Has he been able to practice? The swelling had went down significantly after 2 treatments but I wondered if he was continuing to improve enough to play.

I hope he gets to play.
