Final from the 7th Region tournament.

Littrell goes the distance. Shamrocks pick up 9 hits in 6 innings. I believe the Rocks turned 4 double plays. Errorless defense, timely hitting, excellent pitching....now for the trip to Eastern High School next weekend!:dancingpa

Great Game. Keep on rolling. Deny the Bruins. They are talking "cocky."

Think again Park. X didn't make it to state this year. :sssh:

Now now now............I guess the 'hostilities" cannot even be suspended for the summer months.:taz:

Now cut that out:D I know we can't get any banter going in the football threads. We should meet in the final game this December before 10,000 onlookers in Bowling Green

It's good so see Coach Beatty and his wife supporting the Rocks. Other notables in the crowd, Dr. Mullen, Mr. Lampley, Mr. Saxton, Mr. Porter, Reigning State Champion Bowling Moderator Mr. Fowler, along with a Judge, a Commonwealth's Attorney, and the always vocal Mr. Roney.

I like T's chances against Ballard regardless who the Bruins put on the hill. Overall, Rocks are better defensively and offensively at the plate. I've not seen Rueff throw this year, but I've heard his velocity his back and has good command. I'm looking forward to this one. I wonder if the Engineer will make it over from across the river to see this one.

Thank goodness that he was there. Would not be the same without him. I was wondering if he was sharing "strategy & tactics" with Coach Tompkins:confused:

I like our chances with him behind us.

Same thing for Coach B. You will find him at alot of T (other) Sports events. A class act.
