May 14, 200917 yr I can agree with that, because if I was coaching the Lakers, Kobe and Shaq would have never split up. We'd have 8 titles by now. Word up......:thumb: People can say what they want about Phil Jackson, but he is a supreme manager of huge egos, which is my overall point -- not that he is a master X and O guy, and even he could not tame the Kobe/Shaq storm forever. Same with Jordan/Pippen/Bull's Ownership. In pro sports, 9 times out of 10 coaching moves are about managing these guys big heads and getting them to respond accordingly. Phil has done that just as good as anyone in sport's history.
