And I will agree with you. Matt is getting stronger and stronger and if by the District and or Region games he is at least 90% then CovCath gets even stronger on the mound. Matt's now just need to get stronger, but me, I still find it hard to believe that he is even playing much playing so well..

 

It warmed my heart to see him playing today and made feel so proud of him to be throwing so well, even though it was against my team.

BTW, I failed to mention that with the 5 rbi's that Darner knocked in today, that brings his total to 43 in 20 games.

And that is why I just can't understand why more College Coaches aren't knocking on his door. The kid can field, has a gun for an arm and can hit, and hit and hit and when there are men on, he hits even better.

 

Yes the young man is a freak in the batter's box and I am sure that Maile will totally agree with you, as if RD wasn't hitting so will and driving in so many runs, Luke would be seeing less and less pitches to hit.
