It amazes me how many Kentucky fans worry about it ...

I am not "worried" about it, but it is a lot cooler to say "we have the most wins of all time" as opposed to "we have the second most wins of all time." It does not mean much in the grand scheme of things but no person/team likes to relinquish their records.

We don't like our supremacy challenged in any way, shape or form. That's not unique to Kentucky. What's so amazing about it?

Said it before, and I'll say it again now:

 

"The #2 winningest program in NCAA Basketball History" does NOT have the same ring as "The #1". That's why.

 

You never see the team that loses the title game running around the arena and chest bumping holding up 2 fingers, do you, westsider? I never have seen them hand out Runner Up To The National Champs hats and T's, have you?

I dont understand what is so amazing about wanting to be the best. Isn't that why we root our favorite team on, because we want to be the best? Having the title of being the Winningest Team in College Basketball is as prestigious as it gets, and if it's a crime to want my favorite team to be the best, then consider me guilty....
