My bad dale, and I wasn't trying to stir things up! I just wanted to get it out there that no one is knocking Elliott, they have a better resume over the last three years than most of the sweet 16 field.

What was the final score of that game? In the 60's? From what I could gather from the highlights, Holmes trailed for a lot of that game. How good is Largo, because it didn't look like they were overwhelmed by Holmes "running" game?

 

Additionally, I think the Holmes and EC definitions of running are about 20 points difference. When you get used to playing games in the 30's and 40's, I suppose the 60's feel like warp speed. Conversely, a game in the 60's would be frustrating when you average almost 86 per game. When I say a running game, anything under 70 doesn't qualify. Your definition might be different.

I noticed talk of Elliott Co. and Holmes continues to make its way into other threads about other matchups. I thought it might be a good idea to remind everyone that there is a place for that until the matchup becomes a reality.

Looking good for this matchup to finally happen. Just hate it that I wont be there to watch.

Just as I open my mouth SV comes roaring back to take the lead on EC.
