Holmes has to play better, plain and simple, or they won't make it out of the 9th.

I know that Henley is infinitely smarter than I am, but how does a team like Holmes not average at least 68 pts. per game. They can play 8 to 9 players the whole game. There's a difference b/n running just to run, and running b/c you have better horses. Holmes has the horses.

They can do it but alot of teams like to slow the tempo against the Bulldogs because I think most teams know that if they get into a running match with Holmes up and down the floor, I think they KNOW who will win.

 

The only two teams that I've seen all year that pressed the ball up the floor and ran with Holmes was Scott County and Scott High School (big coincidence, eh?:lol:).

 

Boone County, Holy Cross and numerous other teams slow the tempo to their pace and some teams have even played stall ball to keep it out of Holmes hands.
