March 9, 200917 yr Hearsay, in your opinion why would a trial judge exclude this defense knowing that it very will could result in an appeal? Perhaps none of the witnesses had any knowledge that was direct.
March 9, 200917 yr Author If they were excluded, it was based on sound legal precedent. Why, then, do we have appeals courts?
