What does Jackson County need to do to improve in 2009? What do they need to keep doing to be successful? Remember, please be constructive.

Find a coach. I don't believe they have one.

They do need to find a coach for the long term. Someone who can get down to the middle school level, help get a little league program started, and build it from the ground up. They have some good athletes and give great effort. Just need a guiding hand with patience.

I have heard that they are in the process of hiring a new Supt. of the school system? This could have a huge impact on the football hire.
