Congratulations to the Eagles and to Coach Carr and his entire coaching staff. EJ, Daniel and Kellen great to see you make the all tourney team and MVP well deserved. Now on to Regionals!

What was the All Tourney team?

Typical Scott/Brossart slugfest. Both teams get after it defensively but in totally different manners.

 

O'Conner was huge for Scott tonight on both ends of the court. Great job rebounding the basketball and altering/blocking shots on the defensive end. He might have had a double/double with points and rebounds.

 

Smith was the difference maker in the 4th quarter. Everybody was talking about the two 3's but I thought the passes he made off of dribble penetration for easy baskets for his teammates were just as important. He really took over the game in the 4th quarter.

 

Rieger for Brossart is an absolute beast. Good all around game and plays hard every possession. Scott could not keep him off of the offensive glass.
