SuperB Posted February 20, 2009 Posted February 20, 2009 Carroll led for probably 75% of this game. Chris Hendrick was an absolute monster tonight with 26 points and 17 rebounds. He pushed WV's big guys around all night. Ponzer and Spencer hurt Carroll from the perimeter and the FT line. Put it all together this week Panthers.
KY Baller Posted February 20, 2009 Posted February 20, 2009 How many did Ponzer have? He had a double-double against Owen on Tuesday.
SuperB Posted February 20, 2009 Posted February 20, 2009 How many did Ponzer have? He had a double-double against Owen on Tuesday. I'm not sure but he had to be pushing 20.
Sublime Posted February 20, 2009 Posted February 20, 2009 Ponzer had 28 points in this game. I believe the paper had him for 29 in the Owen game. He is getting hot at the right time. Hopefully he can continue this for the Grant game.:ylsuper:
KY Baller Posted February 20, 2009 Posted February 20, 2009 If Walton plays in the district like they have over the past week, then I wouldn't be surprised at all to see them come out as 32nd district champs.
1998bluecollar Posted February 20, 2009 Posted February 20, 2009 Did Bowling play? No, Bowling did not play.
CCHS_Dad Posted February 20, 2009 Posted February 20, 2009 Game report from the Madison Courier http://madisoncourier.com/main.asp?SectionID=18&SubSectionID=289&ArticleID=49336&TM=56390.25 Ponzer had 26 for Walton-Verona and Hendrick had 26 for Carroll County. Bowlin sat on the bench last night but wasn't dressed to play. Looked like he was moving OK, no crutches or anything like that.
PreachinToTheChoir Posted February 20, 2009 Posted February 20, 2009 Ponzer had 28. Stay hot and get a district title Bearcats:dancingpa
