Strong Stament there Rolls, considering Bracken had a 18 point lead on St. Patrick and let it slip away! Only time will tell what will happen. Bracken vs Augusta is always a intense game and the better team does'nt always win!!! That is just the facts!!!

 

 

The 18 point lead at halftime against St. Pat was dwindled away by some bad whistles that led to Bracken's top two scorers on the bench for all but 4 or 5 minutes of the second half and an injury to the team's only ball handler.

 

And I hope you don't seriously believe if a team is down by as many as 30 in a game and loses by 22 that they are as good as or better than the team that beat them.

Are you serious? The refs did not cause Bracken to blow the 18 point lead. It was called better defense and alot of Bracken turnovers and missed free throws that was their demise.:thumb:

Although Bracken Co. did not help their cause with bad free throw shooting, the bad calls at the St. Pat game led to many turnovers and changed the momentum of the game. Yes the refs did contribute to the outcome.

Could absolutely care less about Bracken and St.Patrick, when you play 6 times in a year, all of the games just run together. Hopefully Hinson and Breeze won't be in every tournament together next year and will schedule each other just once

:clap: They usually play on each others home courts (2) I'm sure St. Pat will be invited back to the FNB Classic, and both will probably play in the Covered Bridge Tourney again. This could happen again!

 

I was hoping to hear more from our friends on the river. Maybe this one is still stinging!

Yes, this is a Augusta - Bracken Co. thread, so why bring up the schedule again and again. Just give the Bracken boys credit for playing a great game and don't worry about the Gods being crazy or Coach Kelsh making his team practice 2 hours after the game.
