Campbell County could make some serious noise in the 10th Region tournament.

My book, they and GRC are tied for 2nd best team in the region with St. Patrick very close behind them.

Campbell County plays very well as a team. Seemed to be very well coached.

 

With other starters out Long stepped up and played fantastic. She is as good as any player I have seen this year. I know if I was a college coach, I would want her on my team. I dont care how tall she is.

Did the young lady who was injured the other night for Conner play?

Did Conner have either of the girls who were injured in the South Oldham game? Is Fisher back to full strength? If they have lost more key players, the rest of their season will most likely be an uphill battle.

Nice to see Paige playing well, 20 points to lead CCHS. She was money against NDA when we played them and I hardly ever see her mentioned.

Gela Haynes, starting center for Conner, has torn her ACL and will be out the rest of her senior season.

 

Ellery Kring, starting guard for Conner, has recoved and played last night.

Torria Fisher is still wearing a shoulder harness. They are waiting for test results. She is feeling pretty good, so the hope is she will fully recover and not need surgery.

 

Gela Haynes is out for the rest of the season with an ACL.

Ellery Kring returned to play Wednesday night.
