It's Downing and Pawsat, and that may be how you choose to pair them all up, but that will no be who is guarding who in the game.

Downing and Barner are both VERY important players for the Royals. To write them off like that, along with the rest of the Royals, is just wrong. They are MUCH more than a three player team.

These will be terrific individual matchups. I wonder if Stenzel and Zollo might be doubleteamed on defense by Mason with

GRC doubling teaming Setty and Middleton. If this happens the other players will have to step up and score. If Royals can make free throws and avoid turnovers should be able to pull out a win. But whatever happens this is a preliminary to the main event in Northern Kentucky next month. I expect game to be decided by less that 5 points in a great high school game.

I'll take Mason County in a nail bitter 68-67. I think this game will be decided inside one minute left. GRC has the home court advantage, but GRC is missing two good inside players with injuries. I agree that Setty needs a big game for Mason with probably 25-27 points.

You totally misunderstood my intent. I am not writing off anyone,on either team. I called them role players. These are the very players that may make the biggest difference and was actually bringing notice to them. I didn't mention names....I call them " role players.We all know to look for the 6 players I mentioned, now the team that has the "role players" to step up, should get the win.
