spindoc
Elliott County by 50. I'm sure they will keep jacking-up the 3's and giving plenty of playing time to the starters even in a rout. It's the All-A State Tournament. There are only 8 of them left. I hope that they win by 90, because the river of tears is getting low.

Seriously, what would you suggest? Leave one of the starters at home on a rotating basis? Let them only get their conditioning during practice? Punish them by not letting them play "all out" in their Senior year after they have worked their lifetimes to be "in it"? Or perhaps unless your team is losing, your starters are only allowed to play the first quarter? GO ELLIOTT!!!! :ylsuper::ylsuper::ylsuper:
LionFan
Elliott County should win by 40+.

Absolutely! I feel certain that if Elliott survives today, things will get much tougher with Shelby Valley. They didn't shoot well last night, but it is obvious Justice is a player and the front line is huge.
Bluegrass Will
Pineville is in for a beating. That's for sure. As for all of the complaining about Elliott running up the score, I'm sure they could have scored more yesterday but does it really matter if you lose by 30 or 50 or 70? It's a beatdown no matter how you slice it. Personally, in this morning's game I would play the starters less time so they'll be fresher for the next game. It would just be good strategy for winning the tourney. Looks like the competition will take a big step up in the third round. Cmon Lions, bring the trophy back to the 16th! Commander 25
I know it will be an uphill battle for Pineville from the start but good luck and make the 13th regiond proud and James David Strange will be one of the best players on the floor no matter what people think. I have watched both teams play and he would start for Elliott and be one of the best players also IMO.
d-dawg
Sounds like a lot of weak teams in the Class A this year. Elliott and Shelby Valley will be the big game of the tournament. I plan to be there to see that one.:ylsuper:
