And by the way, I played some beer pong last night and went undefeated. 4-0. Maybe I really should go pro? :idunno: I've done it, and it's fun. If I do it that way, I only play a game or 2, because I generally like to remember my nights.
February 3, 200917 yr We've been playing Beer Die lately (FWIW the word "die" is a reference to dice, not death, although it may as well be both), now that is a fun game. Just read the rules on wiki. Pretty interesting...
February 3, 200917 yr How do you play that? I enjoy beer pong a lot but I am always interested in new games. ^I wonder if that is another name for the game we play called "7-11-Doubles"? No, I've played that too. That one is OK. Here's the breakdown: You need a table where 4 people can sit at each corner (the table should be square, not rectangle like beer pong) and one die. Put a piece of tape to mark the middle of the table. Each player puts a cup (full however far you'd like). The game is 2-on-2 with alternating teams shooting. The player must throw the die up in the air (above eye level) and it must land on the other side of the table. The other team must catch the die before it hits the ground (no matter where it bounces). If it hits the ground, the team gets 1 game point. If the player makes it in the other teams' cup, that is 2 game points. You play to 7. We also keep track of drinking points on the side (5 of these means finish your cup and start the drinking points over). These are given (1 at a time) if you miss the other side of the table on your own throw, or if the other team scores a game point. Sounds complicated but it's a lot of fun. This is the way that we play, who knows if it is kosher. Catching die gets hard after a few games though.

Either way, I will advise you to NOT put money down on any game after you've already played 3 or 4. You WILL lose. :lol: And apparently drinking points don't exist in the real game. :lol: I guess I just have some cruel, sadistic friends
