St. Patrick 65 Mason County 59

Featured Replies

This was a great game to watch. Both teams hustled and battled, but both teams turned the ball over a lot, as well. The 39th district does not have a clear cut favorite by any means at all, but even though Bracken beat Mason earlier in the year, with the way Mason is playing, I have my top two teams as St. Pat and then Mason. Should be interesting come March!

Congratulations to the Lady Saints for the win.:thumb:

Saints had several chances to put this one away, but let Mason get back in. They need to keep the "A" game out for 4 whole quarters, especially at this time of the year.

Anne Klee had a fabulous game. And Mason's Keller Menke is a very strong player.

Both had great games. Klee was 10-15 from the field, Menke was 12-17. Klee had more help tonight. Menke had to work a lot harder to get her points; as Sumo said earlier Klee had her way in the paint. Mason County does not really have a true post player this year.

After watching this game, I do not see any clear cut favorite in this district. There is a lot of basketball to be played before the tournament. Don't count out Bracken County.
