I see Lincoln winning this one by 8. Playing at LC, and the way McCreary has been playing lately, I just see LC winning this one. LC had a tough one at Garrard last week, but if they can put that behind them, I think they can win this game. Someone else has to step up besides Spurlin and be a leader for this team.

These Raiders haven't lost against Lincoln County, and have beat the Patriots the last two seasons.

 

I think the trend continues.

 

McCreary 72-66

This was preseason 1-2, according to most. Neither has lived up to their preseason expectations. However, both teams are very dangerous, and capable of beating anyone in the 12th region.

 

I've been looking forward to this game all year, I love to watch Watts play. This game matches the two best players in the region, IMHO, should be a classic.

I just cant go against Lincoln. Rob Jones has shown that he cant win the big game and word is that his tenure is soon over. Tension everywhere in Whitley City. Was told that its in a shambles.

Rob Jones is 2-0 the last two seasons against Lincoln. That being said, I'm not sure what to say about his tenure.

 

If they don't make a run in the postseason, then I think that it would be time to look for a new coach. But that wouldn't be easy - he is the AD, as well.

 

Outside of that, McCreary played Perry County Central earlier this year with assistant coach Wade Davis coaching in place of Jones who had to sit out the game because of the previous game ejection. McCreary won 79-70. The other night, the same two teams played with Jones coaching.. Perry throttled McCreary 62-43. Maybe this is an attempt to make McCreary more of the "underdog" come tourney time because the last time they were, they took eventual 12th Region Champion Boyle to the wire in the region.

What should I keep dreaming on? Its a fact that Jones struggles in the big games. Its also a fact that if he did not have connections he would not be the coach right now. I will say this, I would not want to be him and not win it or get close. Whats your prediction on the game Banker?
