Which teams in the 1st through 4th Regions are looking strong enough to get to Rupp?

1 ... Paducah Tilghman and Marshall County appear to be the two best teams. Murray (if they get healthy) and Calloway County are darkhorse teams, but one of them will knock out the other in the district.

 

2 ... Christian County is the clear favorite. Henderson County appears to be a solid #2.

 

3 ... Wide-open between Owensboro, Muhlenberg North and Grayson County, and you can never count out Tony Hopper's Apollo team.

 

4 ... Warren Central is the favorite, but there are plenty of challengers ... Bowling Green, Franklin-Simpson, Glasgow and maybe even Allen County.

Would agree on most parts, but would say that Paducah seems to be in complete control of the first region. I really thought Graves would give them a better game. Marshall does appear to be the second best.

 

The second region has CC way out in front. I believe Hopkins Co. Central and Henderson both have a legit shot of sneaking into rupp though.

 

Agree on the third, you never know what is going to happen over there. I do like Owensboro.

 

In the 4th, WC seems to be the clear cut favorite.

WC only beat Bowling Green by 3 last week. Don't sleep on the Purples. Where will the 4th region tourney be played at?

Marshall matches up well with Tilghman, especially now that they are healthy. They play on Jan. 30, the only time they will meet during the regular season.
