BGP #8 LCA survives in this 11th region contest.

Lady Flyers lead by 1 entering the 4th, but couldn't quite finish. This team is getting better each week, hang tough. Coach Thacker will keep em ready. :thumb:

That is an awfully good showing against a team that should be playing a lot better. LCA has 3 major players on it and certainly are not playing like it? Franklin County as good as they are does not have that type talent. Wonder what the problem is with LCA?

Franklin County is a up and comer. They have alot of young talent.

I am sure they have some good players and will get a lot better. They are just not at the level of Martin, Barnette and Clifton. That is 3 awfully good players on the same team. Franklin County is a good team they just don't have that kind of talent right now.

Franklin will win that region sometime in the near future.

Wow... That's a big statement! May happen though... In ball you never know!

I hope you are right, they have a decicated coaches and some good players. Now that the KHSAA has done some good things to curb the recruiting of assets in that region, maybe some of those kids will stay home that in the past have ended up playing at Catholic.
