Oh boy. Dunn thought it was rough in Cincy. Wait till he gets a load of the Boston media:popcorn:

 

The media in Boston can be crazy but it would be relieved a little bit by the fact that he's joining a team that already has a bunch of good players and won't be looked at to carry the team. Papi, Pedroia, Ellsbury, Drew, Youkilis, Bay etc. is a much better supporting cast than he had in Cincinnati. The Red Sox don't have to have 120 RBIs out of him like the Reds needed.

Sox look like the front runner right now. 1 year deal for around 10 mill.

 

I had heard that they were a much more serious contender than many previously though--I still think it is kind of iffy that he signs there but it is looking more and more likely.
