Also, pretty good win for a team who couldn't even get a write up on the BGP preview. I think NCC was #4 too.

Big win for HC. Two very evenly matched teams. Geisler was a beast with 32 of NCC's 48 points. Pangallo added 10 for a total of 42 of the 48. Giwa had a big game too for HC. With 7 seniors and a 10 man rotation, HC will surprise some teams this year.

Yeah knew he had a lot but not that many. That is very impressive.

Geisler really came to play tonight, and he will be huge for the Breds if he continues to play like that. HC was very conscious of where Connor was on the floor at all times after him lighting them up for 30 last year, but even when he got open looks he wasn't "on." Giwa had a nice game. I think the mismatch with Pangallo on him inside could have been utilized more than it was, but they did take advantage of it late. Egan did a very nice job inside for the Indians. He does need to go left at least once to keep the D honest... lol he goes to the right every time. Joey Allen did a great job of coming in during crunch time and playing tough defense for a sophomore.

If NCC cannot get more production out of more than 2 players it will be tough for them. Congrats to HC for going into NCC's house and stealing an OT victory. Geisler must have been enfuego with 13 field goals 4 coming from beyond the arc. Is the only football holdout Jake Giesler?

He's a senior I believe and he sounds like he is stepping up as a leader. If teams are going to cover the NCC shooters then someone has to step up offensively.
