Yes and No, we will lose some games we shouldn't have, but in the long run will give other players a chance to step up, which will be valuable come tourney time.

:thumb:, and to add to that, no injury is ever good, especially to a high school kid, and one with his ability, but rather now than in Feburary or March.

I love your Qoute" If winning isn't everything ,then why do they keep score".

Talked to Robbie this morning and Simon Kenton evaluated his injury this morning and said it may only be a bone bruise not a MCL/ACL injury. They are saying he may only be out 2days-week!

Thank you sir.

Awesome. Would a bone bruise just be "play based on pain tolerance", which means he may not miss anything?

To answer your question:

Humphrey said any word on his injury “is speculation” at this point and added that Stenzel will have an MRI on the knee on Monday to determine the extent of the injury. He added that Stenzel visited with a trainer and said Stenzel “definitely” wouldn’t be available for today’s contest.

More on Stenzel.

Oh, so back to prayers that Robbie is OK for Monday's MRI

Possibly, but I'm not sure! If I here any news on the subject I'll be sure to update!

Another good showing by Corey with 21. Good game for Hatton with 19 and another solid performance from Sollo with 12. It will be difficult without Robbie in the lineup for maybe up to 2 weeks, but hopefully its not as bad as they think, and he will be back and ready to play soon!

Ryle had cut Clarks lead to one point when Hatton hit 2- 3 pointers

to open the lead back up,I believe he had a total of 4 shots outside

the 3 point line and some critical free throws down the stretch. Cory

played a great game and Zollo played well in the fourth quarter.Hope

Stenzel has a speedy recovery.

Hope Stenzel is OK. Has a lot of potential.

Nice comeback effort by Ryle after getting obliterated in the first half (especially first quarter), though the comeback probably had a lot to do with Stenzel not returning. Ryle really didn't have an answer for him the 2 1/2 quarters he played. Clark Cty. sure has some solid shooters. McLeish, Coleman, Russell, and Stauffer were probably the high scorers for Ryle. Ryle turned the ball over too much late, went cold from the field for a stretch and the comeback stalled out. Ryle also missed a fair number of free throws.

Not implying that it ultimately affected the final outcome of the game, as Clark Cty. is a better team than Ryle, but the officiating - well, at least one of the officials - was retched. Ryle was probably called for at least 17 or 18 fouls in the second half alone(admittedly 2 or 3 were intentional very late) and almost all were called by the same ref, who also just happened to miss about a half dozen travelling calls by Clark. Again, Clark won because they are better and they played better, but this ref was utterly ridiculous and shouldn't be officiating anything above 6th grade rec ball.

Agreed! This official was terribly inconsistent. He's done games at SOAS in Florence and is bad there also. I was actually surprised they didn't go with three officials. Isn't it the home team that decides number of officials? Based on what should've been an anticipated physical game, three officials would've been warranted.

Glad to hear Stenzel is ok. I want GRC to be at full strength when they come to the KCC so I can see where the Eagles stand with the best in the 10th.

We don't know if he is OK....MRI is on Monday. We will know something then. He did not play in our game today.
