I really liked Travolta in Basic also...

I ride, and have friends that do, and some that are interested in buying bikes. This movie absolutely reminded me of some of my friends. Loved it.

Oh yeah...Travolta was awesome in Primary Colors too.

I honestly don't think I have ever heard anyone call Ladder 49 crap, lol...I thought it was an awesome movie. And Travolta did a good job with it.

 

After Backdraft, no fire fighter movie compares.

 

I know Ladder 49 is a different movie, but I can't help it. I'm a child and hold grudges. :lol:

 

Speaking of which, if anyone here gets a chance to go Universal Studios in Hollywood, they have a Backdraft attraction. They take you in a room and light the whole thing on fire, gives you an all new respect for how brutal that job must be.

I said SINCE Pulp Fiction. But yes, Grease was great and Look Who's Talking was good. The first one, not the crappy sequels.

 

Grease has one of the great lines in movie history.

Backdraft is AWESOME, I could just as easily watch that instead. If fact I think I will tonight now. I even have songs from that movie on my MP3 player for when I work out. Hanz Zimmer is the man when it comes to orchestrating some really intense background music for action movies.:ylsuper:

Backdraft is awesome, it's been a while since I have seen it. And that attraction is still there? Man, it's been there forever.
