I don't really see this start as a surprise. Elliott Co. has a veteran team while Clark Co. has some experience, but is very young and have new faces. Id say they will settle down and play well against a very good Elliott Co. team.

Sounds like EC is playing good basketball. I wouldn't discount this because its a scrimmage as some tried to do with Manual's rout over Lex Cath. I'm sure EC and GRC are getting after it and EC appears to be getting it done in a nice way.

Bluegrass region officials do tend to let teams play more than they do over in the 16th IMO.
