That's what has been disappointing, I have yet to see a player develop by considerable levels from year to year

 

I think that is a legitimate concern. I still believe he deserves next year, and at least part of the 2010 season. But, if I were evaluating his job, player development would be the #1 thing I look at. If he goes through next year and gets off to a bad start in 2010, while his players showed no significant improvement, I'd feel comfortable in making a change.
