Wouldn't that be a result of #1 and #2? If the partial birth abortion ban is overturned, doesn't that pretty much free up women to have an abortion at any time? Or is there more to it? Because, I'll admit, I certainly don't know the laws inside and out. Maybe you, or someone else, can clarify.
