Live & die with the run?? St x threw the ball where ever they wanted. I believe two TD passes. The T defense is not that good!

Correct about the D for the rocks this year but it is not the kids, T has plenty of talent on that side of the ball. As to the live and die with the run comment I made, I stand by that. Running is the bread and butter of the X offense, if forced to pass they are not in the comfort zone. Passing (play action)because you are playing a team that can not stop the running game is just smart coaching.
Cloverdale is no more than Hal Mumey. Lots of 5 yard passes and hopes they can run with it,
Only X has been able to slow the offense of Trinity and that has only happened in the regular season. The offensive scheme for the Rocks is very difficult to learn, just so much of it.

Hal Mumme? Coverdale is leaps and bounds better than Mummer ever dreamed of being. Our offense is as prolific as any in KY history, and has been this entire decade. Doubt Coverdale..he'll put 40 on you.

I am looking at this year, and it is no great secret that Bean doesn't really adjust at the half....the boys are either ready or they are not.

Coach Bean has the unique distinction of being the Defensive Coordinator for five St X state championship teams and for three state championship teams at Trinity. Not giving the guy credit for being a great coach who is able to craft a game plan and make adjustments is just plain silly. The facts don’t support your position.

You are so wrong about this. Coverdale is a mastermind. Trinity made leaps and bonds when he came into the picture. Coverdale is a few and far between coach in high school football.

Slow down on "great coach". I would say he is a good and dedicated coach, but not great. Regular season games vs X, no adjustments at all made. Regular season facts do support this position. But, if all that matters is the Ring, than he's a great coach.

Are you crazy, Coverdale should be in the Pros as an Offensive Coordinator. He is a great coach.

I have coached against Coach Coverdale and he is a terrific coach.

Hal Mumme's/Tony Franklin System cant touch what Coverdale does. Try drawing up Trinity's formations on a board and you will see what I mean.

I am quite sure I know the situation quite a bit more than you. Coach Bean is a tremendous coach, who has his flaws.
