Boone 35 Dixie 7

Featured Replies

Boone dominated in every aspect of this game. Dixie didn't score until late against Boone's 2nd string defense.

I thought this would have been a better game.

About what I thought it would be, Dixie just isn't strong enough to beat a team the caliber of BC.

Who played QB for Boone?

Who played QB for Boone?

Mike Walsh played QB and did very well. There were a couple of procedure penalties, probably due to the different cadence but other than that, Boone looked very smooth.

I thought this would have been a better game.

Boone's defense is much better than people give them credit for. They're fast and react quickly to the ball. It's difficult for many teams to sustain any kind of momentum against them.

It's even harder when you only run 6 different plays in the first half. :irked:

Solid win for Boone heading in to their big match up with Ryle next week.

Boone's defense played very well to hold Dixie's offense to only 7 points. Way to take care of business Rebels.
