Final. All Caseys points came in the second half after Wayne started the sub rotation.

I thought that looked like quite a few points for Casey. This district could be interesting. Somerset, Taylor, Wayne and Garrard all seem to be very competitive. Should be a fun season.

The last update from the Garrard game said "Taylor 30 - Somerset 28" in the fourth quarter. That's been a while, though.

 

Wayne will have no trouble with Jackson County. They have a biggie with the Jumpers in two weeks, though.

45-41 was the last I heard on Somerst /Taylor. Taylor had the ball with under one minute to go.

Wayne Co was up 28-0 at halftime and Casey Co had 23 yards of offense. Once the Cards were up 5 TD'S the youngsters played defense from 5:00 min mark of 3rd qtr on. Casey Co is very young, so they played their ones enough to put some points on the board, solid district opener for Wayne County. District is WIDE open with all of last year's four playoff teams in the hunt! Somerset @ Garrard will be best game of next week's district games.
