October 28, 200817 yr The Bengals should be blasted off the map. And no "we" don't know how bad they are. Go look at the prediction thread. Over half thought the Gals would have at least a .500 season. Posters are talking about what they can do with next years draft to become good. Up to 2 weeks ago I have had posters trying to tell me they thought the Bengals made a good choise in drafting Perry instead of Jackson. There is absolutely no reason to believe they will draft well next year. You know why? They SUCK! Sorry if you don't like that. A lot of posters really don't know what it's like to have a great team. A team that has a legitmate shot to get to the big games. So these posters think one playoff appearance and 8-8 seasons are good things. I am here to tell them these are not good things. Again, because I bring the truth, I am singled out. Tough, I ain't going anywhere. And when one of these pro teams gets it together and puts a good product on the field. I'll let ya know:thumb: Thanks. I'll bring all of my sports related questions/opinions to you and get them cleared before posting. Anywhoooo.... Heck yea tickets are going cheap. I'll go with my buddies and tailgate and have a good time. I ain't gonna sit around until they are good again (maybe in my lifetime? Heck I'm only 22). No chance I jump ship either.

Hey I don't blame you. Just imagine amongst the tailgating and fun, you walk into the stadium. It's rocking (like it used to) The Bengals dominate, they win. They do this all 8 homes. They have home field advantage throughout the playoffs. They win both of those games. Super Bowl is next. The city is on fire. You have personally witnessed this. Just imagine that.

October 28, 200817 yr It'll make all these years worth it. What's worth it? They're 0-8 and the worst team in ther league. Never mind.
October 28, 200817 yr What's worth it? They're 0-8 and the worst team in ther league. Never mind. Some people enjoy watching the Bengals because they are their favorite team. Despite their record. Despite their product on the field. But because they are a faithful, true fan. I might go to the game Sunday, not because I'm imagining them in the playoffs, but because I love the game of football, I root for the Bengals, and I'm not going to hide in my house every Sunday, tune into the game and continually say "Geeez these guys are pathetic"

A true fan should insist there team get better. I don't think a true fan has to be happy with 18 years of crap! I think a true fan deserves better. Plus what you're going down and spending a ton of money on is nothing like it used to be. The "Jungle" (coined back when I was in the stadium) is more like the Garden. Opponents fans love our stadium. Look I get it. It is the NFL. It is fun. It could be way better.

October 28, 200817 yr I'm ready for the master plan... You won't understand. Just ask your head coach.

But if not for the few loyal fans in this town, then you could see the team shipped off to the west coast, and no more NFL in Cincinnati. You may say "Fine, see ya" right now, but I would bet the house that you wouldn't feel that way in the long run.
October 28, 200817 yr Yep... about what I expected. You and I both know what needs to happen. It's been discussed ad nauseum on here. And the fact that the owner (who you hand money to every weekend) will never do what is necessary to bring a winner to Cincy. I really didn't think you need it explained to you. :walk:

Don't be afraid the lemmings will continue to follow:lol:

That's weird because I haven't paid for tickets all year. So... what needs to happen is everyone stop going to the games? I just think that is unrealistic. We need to come up with a better plan than that. I'm all ears...

Attendance issues was the cruxt of hiring Lewis and handing over some decision making to him. So yeah that place stops selling out, you might see some changes. And they're not going anywhere, so lets not go there.
