Any freshman scores from the No.Ky area ??

Covington Catholic and Newport(?) cancelled yesterday. I'm not sure if they will be making it up.

Ugly game for both teams. All scoring came in the second half. Cooper scored on a safety when the Scott qb grounded the ball in his own end zone for a 2-0 Cooper lead. Scott later had a short run that made it 6-2 after the 2 point conversion failed. Cooper hit a deep pass late in the game to take a 8-6 lead and the xp failed.

 

Congrats to Dave Campbell and the Cooper Jaguars. Keep your heads up Eagles!

Jake True had 2 TD's for Highlands. Cartern New through a TD to one of the Merrills #80. He ran a great fly pattern and New hit him in stride. Not sure who scored the other TD for Highlands.

 

Hitchew had most of the Breds rushing yards and their only TD. 3 players that stood out to me for NCC were Hitchew, Miller QB and #75 Andrew Morris.

All these games need their own thread.
