Playing teams from out of the state is sometimes overrated. Two years ago Manual won a North Carolina Classic event by beating two top 10 teams from Georgia and the #3 team in Florida. Don't discount Kentucky high school hoops too much.

 

The KOB is loaded with high caliber out of state teams this year including a highly regarded team out of Seattle which features UL commit Peyton Siva.

 

You are right. It can be. Thats why I say its important to wait and see who the competition is before judging the schedule. I will say that playing a team like Duncanville is probably stronger than anyone on Manual's schedule. They were ranked in the top 3 or 4 in the nation all year last year and return their 2 best players.

Duncanville is one game. There's no right or wrong between the two schedules, but don't count just one game as the argument for strength of schedule.

I am not trying to argue anything just make a point about it. Its too early to tell who has the toughest schedule IMO until its seen who each team plays in the tournaments.

You guys must me really bored! Who cares who's schedule is the hardest. All that matters in the end is who wins the state championship!

Toyota Classic is always a packed house, but I guess most all of their games are. They should have built for more seating.
