Final

North Laurel looks to have improved greatly over last season. Fewer mistakes, more depth. Played without 4 starters and still pulled off an exciting win.

Lawrence County has a good coach in Coach Salmons who has brought some intensity to the Bulldogs program. Their young sophomore QB looked like a kid with a great deal of upside. They will be back in the mix sooner than many think.

3 turnovers and a TD called back is what killed LC and hurt their momentum. NL has a good team but NL played sound and LC was constantly shooting theirselves in the foot.

How did Wardroup do for North? Can he play at the next level?

I knew this one was going to happen, Good job Jags.

Wardrup played well, and can definetly play at the next level.

Congrats coach Roark, former Bell Coach-One of coach Hilton's diciples. Good Job!

That's true. But NL had a TD called back on a penalty as well. I agree that turnovers, especially early, really hurt LC.

Watched this game on tv congrats to NL played well. If they continue to improve they will have a good year.
