I guess people believe the loss of Alex Hall is enough to put the Tigers in third. I can't see Bellevue having a great year though, although I wish Mike Herald luck.

.......B. Bryan from Villa is hands down the best player in D-3, whether he wins poy is another matter. He is a great athlete, great ball handler, passer, he can rebound, score inside or out. There is nothing he doesn't do well. He will be doubled or tripled every game this year and will still put up numbers.

B-wood is not that far in front.. Calvary is right there with the line-up they have back.. Blake Bryan is not yet the complete package yet.. From experience in seeing him play if you find a quick enough guard to frustrate him he is done. He loses his temper pretty easily and then plays sloppy...

I wouldn't say hands down at all, he is good but not that good. He didn't get double and triple teamed, the POY was on his team last year. He wasn't even the primary focus of the defense.

Yes he will put up numbers, but how many shots will he take? He gets frustrated way to easily with good defense and begins to play out of control. If he is seeing double and triple teams every game I think we will see a very frustrated Bryan.

Sounds about right based on last years results, and with what each team has coming in from the JV level. Oh by the way I think Beechwood was undefeated at the JV level also last year!

Despite B Bryan being "frustrated" he was the 2nd leading scorer in the 9th region, along with also being in the top 5 in assists and steals. He is pretty intense and gets frustrated at times as do most competitive kids.

A good player. He will be much more valuable to his team if he keeps his head. Getting t'ed up doesn't usually help your team. He will get his points. I just think he tries to do too much by himself offensively and doesn't involve his teammates enough. Defense is not his strength. He is quick and is strong for his stature. His game seems to be more penetration instead of three-point shooting.

I'd like to see the tapes on all these assists, the games I saw he hardly passed and when he did it wasn't in assist opportunities. Also he doesn't come to defend every night so I can't see the steals being true either.

It's funny you want to say that he doesn't pass and then then turn around and say he has a turn over problem. You said small school don't always put 5 top players on the floor, and the point guard will get charged for turn overs when kid don't catch the ball or more offensively. I'm not saying they are not good player, but small school have so many different level of players on the floor. But lets get back to the real story here. If you think Bryan only want to get his points you don't know him at all.
