Should be a very interesting game. Pikeville returns 6 to 8 key players on both sides of the ball as do the Redhounds. Pikeville has a huge line. Corbin has a punishing ground game that can wear on you as the game reaches the final minutes. If the Hounds can control the clock and keep getting five yards each hand off then they could come away with the win. The game being played at Pikeville will no doubt be in favor of the Panthers. It is their bowl game, with a big crowd and I am sure their players are hungry to take the field for a new season with a new head coach. The Hounds will need to be able to contain the Pikeville air game. Corbin can not turn the ball over and hope to win on the road against a quality opponent. If the Panthers can make the short throws and get some yards after catch, then they can move the ball effectively. I can not see either team winning this one by a large margin. I would say a game in the twenties would be correct. Being a homer, I will take Corbin 22 Pikeville 18 with the game being decided in the fourth quarter.

I'm surprised that O'kuma is playing DT and would have expected to see him at LB or DE. How big is he? Is Creech still out?
