Are you saying Holy Family is a feeder program for Ashland?

I guess its really up to the parents where the kids go after the 6th grade. Some of the kids might even go to Rose Hill so they could stay in the small private school setting.

Do the girls that went to Ashland live in Ashland or are they from another state? Wasn't this the main problem when Rose Hill had OJ?

2 from the Ashland area, 2 from Boyd Co area, no, and no.

to comply with Rule #13

The KHSAA does not care what type of schools are involved. The rules are the same regardless.

I don't agree with this, I think the KHSAA makes differences in schools. Last year we had a student athlete move ( the family physically moved) to Johnson co and their child was ruled ineligable for a year. This year we had a student athlete who will be a junior move to Wayne co but the parents still live in our county in the same house and that student athlete has already been declared eligable. So you tell me the KHSAA follows the ruules and guidlines equally!

I didn't say they were consistent in application of the rules. My point is that their rules are the same for public vs private. There is a misconception that transferring between a private and a public is somehow different than transferring between two public schools.
