Pulaski County's Chris Muse

Featured Replies

Muse has impressive numbers. If he can post those kind of numbers against Rockcastle's defense (Tony Saylor) in the Ray Correll bowl, I will be a believer. I wish both teams the best and will be making a trip to Somerset to see just how good Muse can be.

Get ready to become a believer--he is that good. As for the talk of whether he is a D-I talent or not, I think this season will give a better picture. I don't know whether he will be a D-I quarterback, the odds of that seem slim but he does have D-I athletic ability, it is just a matter of finding where it fits best. He's a great kid too.

Joe, I agree. Body type has a lot to do with D-1 considerations. At this point Chris does need to grow a little for D-1. I heard he has been to several passing camps this summer and is working on some things to improve his passing ability. While the jury is still out on the D-1 prospects, there is nothing else to be seen to show this young man is a STUD in high school. Last year I think he snuck on a bunch of teams that really had no concept of his speed from film, then had to learn the hard way on the field. Look for Muse to have a fantastic year again this year and to be in the running for Mr. Football next season.

Chris has been working hard and is a fine young man, as well.
