July 16, 200818 yr Probably when the AL forfeits. The AL has Kazmir left, and he pitched 106 pitches Sunday. The NL has Lidge still left and then Webb if needed who pitched Sunday. Maybe tweek the rules so that pitchers can reenter? Re-entering a pitcher would cause more problems than letting them throw an extra inning or two.
